Classes are to improve coordination, build strength, improve flexibility and balance. Classes will consist of some cardio, an exercise ball, light weights (2-3lb) and working with balance boards.
Special Needs Exercise is for people that have cognitive issues.
Cardio Spring Classes Starts Monday April 14 until June 23rd, 2025.
11 Classes in total every Monday from 3:50pm to 4:40pm online.
The main focus of this class will be on Cardio, with hula hoop and some ball exercises.
Spring Classes starts Wednesday April 16, until June 25th, 2025.
11 classes in total. Every Wednesday from 3:50 pm to 4:40 pm online.
Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, firm up, tone muscles, boost/increase balance, flexibility, and endurance.
It’s a full body workout and stretch.
We use dumbbells, resistance bands and exercise balls.
Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels and health issues.
For class an exercise ball, light weights, yoga mat, water and please wear running shoes. Space is limited.
