Certified Personal Trainer
Classes are to improve coordination, build strength, improve flexibility and balance. Classes will consist of some cardio, an exercise ball, light weights (2-3lb) and working with balance boards.
Special Needs Exercise is for people that have cognitive issues.
Classes start Tuesday September 15 and run until Tuesday December 15th, 2020.
Every Tuesday at 6:30-7:40pm at Peak Performance Health Centre.

Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, firm up, tone muscles, boost/increase balance, flexibility, and endurance.
It’s a full body workout and stretch.
We use dumbbells, resistance bands, balance boards, universal machines, treadmills, bikes and exercise balls.
Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels and health issues.
Please bring to class an exercise ball, light weights, yoga mat and water. If you don’t have any of these things, they can be provided. Please let me know if you need any of these items. No outside shoes please to any class.
