Insured Certified Personal Trainer
Classes are to improve coordination, build strength, improve flexibility and balance. Classes will consist of some cardio, an exercise ball, light weights (2-3lb) and working with balance boards.
Special Needs Exercise is for people that have cognitive issues.
Virtual online classes will Start Tuesday January 12th, 2021.
Every Tuesday from 6:30pm to 7:10pm. Class is full.
Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, firm up, tone muscles, boost/increase balance, flexibility, and endurance.
It’s a full body workout and stretch.
We use dumbbells, resistance bands and exercise balls.
Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels and health issues.
Please have for class an exercise ball, light weights, yoga mat, water and please wear running shoes.
