Virtual Online Special Needs Class

Special Needs Exercise Classes

At In Your Home Fitness, our classes are specifically designed to enhance coordination, build strength, and improve flexibility and balance. Led by Brendalee Jackson, these sessions include elements of cardio, the use of an stability ball, light weights (2-3lb), hula hoops and exercise bands.

Winter Dance/Cardio classes online start Monday, February 2nd and run until Monday, March 30th, 2026. There are 9 classes in total every Monday from 3:50 to 4:40 PM. This class primarily focuses on cardio and dance, incorporating hula hoop and some ball exercises, making it a fun way to stay active with guidance. 


Winter Exercise weightlifting classes also begin Wednesday, January 7th, and continue until Wednesday, April 1st, 2026. There are 12 classes scheduled every Wednesday at 3:50 PM to 4:40 PM, with no classes during the week of January 18-25 & January 11, 2026.


Designed to strengthen your cardiovascular system, firm up and tone muscles, and boost balance, flexibility, and endurance, this full-body workout utilizes dumbbells, resistance bands, hula hoops, and exercise balls. Our exercises can be tailored to accommodate all fitness levels and health issues, making it ideal for everyone, including those seeking support from a personal trainer.


Participants will need an exercise ball, light weights, a yoga mat, and water; however, modifications can be made if you don't have these items. Please wear running shoes for your comfort. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot.
