Our classes are designed to enhance coordination, build strength, and improve flexibility and balance. These classes will include elements of cardio, the use of an exercise ball, light weights (2-3lb), and exercise bands. We also provide special needs exercises tailored for people with cognitive issues, ensuring that everyone can benefit from these classes. Winter Dance/Cardio classes start Monday January 26th and runs until Monday March 30th, 2026.
There are 10 classes in total every Monday at 3:50-4:40pm.
This class is primarily focused on cardio and dance, incorporating hula hoop and some ball exercises.
Winter Exercise weightlifting classes start Wednesday January 7th and runs until Wednesday April 1st, 2026. There are 12 classes in total every Wednesday at 3:50pm-4:40pm.
There are no classes the week of January 18-25, 2026.
Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, firm up and tone muscles, and boost balance, flexibility, and endurance, this full-body workout incorporates dumbbells, resistance bands, hula hoops, and exercise balls. Our exercises can be tailored to accommodate all fitness levels and health issues, making it ideal for everyone, including those seeking guidance from a personal trainer.
Participants will need an exercise ball, light weights, a yoga mat, and water, although modifications can be made if you don't have these items. Please wear running shoes for your comfort. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot.
